Terms and disclaimer

Plain-language terms for using this website. Nothing here tries to be clever; it just says what the site promises and what it does not.

Rates and estimates

Every dollar figure on this site comes off one board: $250, $350 and $500 an hour by crew size, and those are the genuine rates the work is billed at. What the site cannot know is your hours: those depend on access, stairs, lifts, parking and how packed you are, which is why every job is confirmed by a phone conversation before anything is booked. Figures produced by tools on this site, including the manifest on the home page, are general guidance to help you enquire well. They are not a quote and not a booking.

The manifest and other tools

The manifest suggests a crew size from what you tick. It is deliberately conservative and it can be wrong in both directions, which is why a person confirms the crew after reading your enquiry. Wrap notes describe our general practice, not a guarantee that a specific item requires no other handling.

Images

Photography here is illustrative, a mix of stock and generated scenes staged to show the way we wrap and carry. No image on this site claims to document a particular customer's move, and none should be read that way.

Guides and local information

Guides describe how moves in this area generally run and link to the relevant authority where a rule matters, such as council parking pages. Rules change and signs on your own street outrank anything written here. Check the source we link, and the kerb itself, before relying on either.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a request for a conversation. Where another local crew is better placed for the job, your enquiry may be passed to them, as the privacy page explains.

This website

We try to keep everything on this site current and correct, and when something slips we fix it when it is pointed out. The site is provided in good faith without warranties of completeness. Links to other websites are provided because they are useful, not because we control what those sites say.
