The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form, and it is used to respond to your enquiry. The longer version is below.
What we collect, and when
Browsing this site does not require an account and the site sets no advertising cookies. When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you chose to put in it: typically your name, phone number, the suburbs involved, and whatever you wrote about the move. If you used the manifest tool on the home page, the summary it composed rides along inside your message, where you can read and edit it before sending.
What it is used for
Your enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry: to phone you back, discuss the move and, if you go ahead, to carry it out. Where another local crew is better placed for the job, your enquiry may be passed to them so the work gets done. That is the purpose the information is collected for, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked about a move.
- We do not ask the form for more than the move genuinely needs.
Site measurement
We keep simple, aggregate page-view counts (which pages are read, and the country a visit comes from) so we know what is useful. This measurement is done server-side without advertising cookies and without recording your IP address against your enquiry.
Holding and correcting your information
Enquiry details are kept so the move can be arranged and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you want the details you sent corrected or removed, ask through the enquiry form and it will be done.
