What makes a conversion different
- The furniture is bigger. A loft swallows a three-metre couch and a full-size dining table without blinking. The stairwell it has to leave through did not get the memo. We measure the pieces and the path before quoting the day.
- The lift is industrial, or absent. A working freight lift is the best friend a move ever had; a decommissioned one means the steel stairs, and honest hours. We ask which one you have up front.
- Strata rules with teeth. Converted buildings often carry strict move windows, lift paddings and common-property bonds. We work inside them; tell us what your building requires.
- Mezzanines. Anything living on a mezzanine reached by a ladder or open stair gets its own plan, and sometimes a rope and two patient movers.

A full warehouse floor moves best with 4 movers + 2 trucks at $500 an hour: two trucks means the load never waits, and four movers means the freight lift is never the bottleneck.
